In the following we will inform you about what personal data we collect and store from you when you use our portals, how we use this data and to whom we may pass this data on. You will also receive information on the rights you have with regard to the use of your data by us:
1. Scope and purpose of processing personal data
a. when visiting our portals
If you use our digital offers without further information from you, the web server technology we use automatically records general technical visit information in so-called log files. This includes, among other things, the IP address of the device used from which the visit is made, information on the browser type, the Internet service provider and the operating system used, which digital offers were accessed from us, reference/exit pages, the time and the duration of the visit.
This information is collected and processed for the purpose of enabling the use of our websites (establishing a connection), ensuring and increasing the security and stability of our systems and offers, analyzing the use of our offers and services, collecting general demographic information and To enable optimization of our website (in particular, but not exclusively, product improvements, marketing measures, target group-specific advertising, etc.), as well as for internal statistical purposes. An identification of the user does not take place. Likewise, no connection is made between this automatically collected information and personal data stored by us.
However, there may be an exception to this basic rule if you already have a registered user account on one of our portals. Regarding the processing of personal data of registered users, you will find further detailed information in the following sections 1.b and 1.c. If you send a message to a third party (e.g. an advertiser) via a corresponding function on our portal, this can be saved by us. You can also obtain free services on our portal. b. when registering a user account

If you use our portal as a registered user, statistical data can be viewed by other registered users and recorded and evaluated by us.
i.e. when making a purchase / when purchasing / placing an order
If you buy a product on our site or obtain a fee-based service, it is mandatory to provide data such as first and last name, address (complete postal address, postal code, city) and any other data, as we use this to process the contract with you need.
If you choose an online payment option such as a credit card or PayPal to purchase a product or paid service, payment will be made via the online payment system of the respective provider. In this case, personal and payment data is processed directly by the provider of the respective payment system.
We do not know or store your payment details. The data protection regulations of the respective provider of the online payment system also apply. If you are registered and have a user account, we can save your data in the user account of our ERP system for the next purchase/conclusion of a contract. In any case, we store all information about your current and previous purchases and contracts, ie the products, the services, the number of products and services per purchase, the payment amount. e. when participating in sweepstakes, competitions, etc.

If you have enabled us to do this, we can use your data in accordance with Sections 2 and 4 and also pass them on in accordance with Section 3.
2. Direct Marketing and Online Advertising

3. Disclosure of data to third parties

4. Processing of your personal data for marketing and analysis purposes
Our company pursues the goal of continuously improving the offer and making it more needs-based.
