Returns Policy

Return and Refund Policy (binding)
1. Principle

novistore.ch voluntarily and without legal obligation grants a right of return of 14 days from the date of dispatch or collection.

There is no statutory right of withdrawal under Swiss law.
Returns are accepted exclusively in accordance with the conditions below.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. General Return Conditions

A return will only be accepted if:

  • the return is made within the deadline

  • the product is complete (incl. accessories, manual, packaging)

  • the goods are in perfect, unused and resalable condition

  • there are no damages, dirt or signs of use

  • original packaging and seals are intact (if present)

novistore.ch reserves the sole and final right to review and decide on the acceptance or rejection of a return.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Returns are generally at the customer's expense and risk.

If a return label is issued by novistore.ch, a flat fee of CHF 9.– will be charged.

Return shipping costs will only be covered in the case of demonstrably:

  • incorrectly delivered goods

  • incomplete delivery

  • unordered goods

Further claims are excluded.

4. Diminution in Value / Deductions

novistore.ch is entitled to make deductions for returns.

The following minimum deductions apply:

  • Opened packaging: at least 10% of the purchase price, minimum CHF 5.–

  • Slight signs of use: at least 20%

  • Visible use or damaged packaging: at least 30%

  • Goods no longer fully resalable: return may be refused

The valuation is at the sole discretion of novistore.ch.

5. Exclusion of Returns

The following are generally excluded from returns:

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products with missing accessories

  • Electronic software licenses (ESD)

  • (Artificial) plants, accessories and food

  • Perfume and room fragrances

  • Massage, wellness and hygiene items

  • Products worn, applied or used directly on the body

  • Underwear, swimwear, socks and similar items

  • Individually configured or personalized products

6. Sealed Products

The following products are only returnable if the packaging is unopened and sealed:

  • Safety products (e.g. child seats, climbing ropes)

  • Consumables (e.g. toner, filters, ink cartridges)

  • Hygiene articles (e.g. toothbrushes, razors, etc.)

  • Books, DVDs and software with intact seals

  • Products for food preparation or storage

A broken seal automatically leads to the exclusion of return.

7. Non-Compliant Returns

Returns that do not comply with these conditions will be returned to the sender without further review and without prior notice or comment.

The resulting shipping and processing costs may be fully charged to the customer.

No claim for refund exists in this case.

8. Refund

Refunds will only be processed after the goods have been thoroughly inspected.

novistore.ch reserves the right to:

  • reject refunds in whole or in part

  • issue a credit note instead of a refund

  • suspend repayment until full clarification

9. Defective or Faulty Products

Defective or damaged products must be reported in writing before return.

novistore.ch reserves the right to inspect the goods and, at its sole discretion:

  • repair

  • replace

  • or refund

the product.

Further claims are excluded.
